Please join Danny Luu, Process Engineer at Derrick Corporation, as he presents the fundamentals of fine screens in the grinding circuit, and the success of Derrick SuperStack technology in a phosphate beneficiation plant. Derrick was able to penetrate the South African phosphate market by offering fewer machines, smaller footprint, higher capacity, and higher efficiency to close the client’s grinding circuit. This solution allowed our client to go with a simplified flowsheet and to replace existing Fluidized Bed Separators (FBS) which was unsuitable to produce efficient and consistent classification.
