More Throughput. Higher
Recovery.
Lower TCO.
WaveStack™ is a high-capacity, wet-sizing system that delivers high-efficiency classification in a compact, low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) design.
Why WaveStack?
WaveStack addresses today’s mining challenges by delivering high-precision, high-capacity separation in a small footprint—without the inefficiencies and high TCO associated with hydrocyclones.
By combining Derrick’s proven fine-screening expertise with a modular, gravity-fed design, WaveStack maintains sharp cut points and consistent results.
- Reduced Energy & Water Consumption
- Simple & Safe Operation
- Lower Maintenance & Operating Cost
High-Efficiency
Classification
WaveStack achieves sharper and more consistent particle separation than conventional hydrocyclone systems, with typical classification efficiencies in the 80-90% range compared to the 40-60% range of hydrocyclones.
High-Capacity in
a Compact Design
The unique panel design features a high open-area screen surface, maximizing flux rate to handle more tons per hour with greater efficiency. WaveStack easily integrates into existing circuits with a footprint similar to that of hydrocyclone clusters.
Derrick’s Proven
Screen Technology
Built on decades of Derrick’s proven fine screening technology, WaveStack’s proprietary Trilogy™ Surface Technology features high-performance synthetic screens with excellent wear resistance, ensuring consistent product quality.
The Proof’s in the Performance.
Redefine efficiency without compromising results—and watch the value stack up.
Reduced Energy & Water Consumption
The WaveStack is a gravity-fed operation with low energy consumption, supporting ESG goals with its lower operating costs and reduced carbon footprint.
Simple & Safe Operation
Lightweight, side-entry panels keep things tool-free and easy to install. Single-operator installation reduces both maintenance and downtime.
Low Total Cost of Ownership
With minimal capital and operational expenditures, the custumer can experience a faster return on investment—typically in weeks, rather than months or years.
