Front-to-Back Dry Machines
  • Can be retrofitted on existing Derrick 4×10 hopper enclosure assemblies
  • Eliminates dispersal of material to the panel edges (“horseshoe effect”)
  • Lengthwise panel tensioning from feed to discharge runs parallel to material flow

Screen Panel Changes in Four Simple Steps!

  1. Hook the panel at the discharge end onto the edge of  the screen bed section.
  2. Hook the opposite end of the panel onto the tension bar at the feed end.
  3. Rotate the tensioning nut to apply desired tension.
  4. Tighten the locking nut to secure panel tension.
