Peraza Appointed Regional Sales Manager, Mining & Industrial
May 13, 2021 – Buffalo, New York. Derrick® Corporation announced today the appointment of Rafael Peraza as Regional Sales Manager, Latin America, Mining & Industrial Division. He is based in Derrick’s Houston, Texas office.
Peraza brings 20 years of leadership, industrial sales and business management experience to Derrick. He holds a Masters Degree in Project Management from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and is presently pursuing his MBA from the European Business School of Barcelona. Peraza has a proven record of success in sales management and strategy, business development, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and multi-cultural team leadership.
Prior to joining Derrick’s leadership team, Peraza served in business development and sales management roles for major suppliers of mining and industrial equipment, systems, and engineering services to the mining industry. He has demonstrated strong leadership in boosting sales performance, analyzing market trends, developing capital equipment sales strategies, and negotiating contracts.
