Maintenance Mechanic – Buffalo, NY – HOT JOB!!

Job Title:                    Maintenance Mechanic

Status:                         Full-Time

Work Location:           On-Site, Buffalo, NY

 

We are looking to add to our maintenance team. Our maintenance team is broken into two groups; one team does shop and machinery maintenance and the other team does exterior facilities maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License required

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Buffalo, NY

Job Title:                    Injection Molding Process Lead

This role will provide oversight and direction to each step of the injection molding process.  They will draw from previous industry experience to provide guidance on in process troubleshooting, new product development, process improvement, and in some cases outsourced assistance.  Additionally, they may assist with process improvements plant wide and outside of the injection molding department.  Lastly, they will collaborate with Mold Designer(s) to improve mold design to meet Derrick’s specialty needs.

  • 10+ years’ experience in injection molding industry

Electrical Engineer– Buffalo, NY

Electrical Service Tech Trainer – Buffalo, NY

The Electrical Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support for our customers through phone and e-mail communications as well as on-site visits. Technical support will include centrifuge and other equipment commissioning, inspections, diagnosis of problems, including electrical troubleshooting and performing mechanical and electrical repair work. This position will also evolve into leading our centrifuge training program for our customers. Electrical skills and strong mechanical abilities are necessary for this position. The qualified individual must be safety-oriented, a collaborator, eager to learn, and have a burning desire to bring values to the organization. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a two-year technical/mechanical degree with the willingness continue with electrical focused training will be considered.
  • Formal electrical training or previous electrical work experience is required.
  • Elevated level of mechanical aptitude for diagnosing various issues and hands-on repair
  • An essential function of the position is the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Maintenance Helper – Buffalo, NY

The responsibilities of a Maintenance Helper are to assist more senior maintenance personnel with plant related maintenance activities.  This person should execute these activities safely and while maintaining a clean work environment.  The responsibilities can include but aren’t limited to machine repair, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, assistance with installation of new plant equipment, and supporting any department with maintenance needs.

Job Duties:

  • Safely utilize hand tools and power tools to perform work responsibilities
  • Read blueprints to assist in mechanical repairs and/or troubleshooting
  • Diagnose mechanical and/or electrical failures and determine appropriate repair(s)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies used in maintenance to ensure proper function of them
  • Support departments outside of maintenance in needs related to machine or equipment repair, troubleshooting, and/or installation

Welder is responsible for welding and fabrication to specific product drawing requirements for equipment to ultimately be used in the Mining and Mineral processing industry as well as the Oil and Gas industry.  Responsibilities can include working on the automated welding line or on the custom fabrication side which entails working to ensure proper safety and quality standards are met.  Lastly, they will be responsible for filling out appropriate documentation during the welding process.

Job Title:                      Digital Products Analyst

The Digital Products Analyst is primarily responsible for assessing the value proposition of equipment across the entire spectrum of Derrick products with an emphasis on data collection, aggregation, analysis, and presentation. This position will require the individual to collaboratively manage projects with the information technology department, technical service department, and international & domestic sales teams. Additionally, coordination with oil and gas operators will be paramount to ensure accuracy of reporting.

  • Experience in oil and gas well drilling and/or drilling fluids management
